Cs Go Competitive

Hello basil. Does anyone play cs go and like to play competitive? Matchmaking is terrible so id like to be able to play with people that dont join, teamkill, and rage quit. But it seems like every match i get put in, that happens. So does anyone want to be friends on steam and play together?
