Old Mastery Books broken?
so i have a couple of mules left filled with old mastery books, ones opened from mmb before red
so i decided to use arcane aim 20, i had like 5 of them, 70% rate, failed all 5
is it broken or am i just extremely unlucky?

Just buy the 100% books from the NPC shop. If you fail those too, your character must be broken.
