@zomgitbeandy: It is abusing. Partying in general you are suppose to share party exp. It isn't suppose to give you full amount of xp and nothing to your party. So technically it's a "glitch" just that I am sure Nexon doesn't classify it or care as much since it isn't that big of a deal.

Isn't that because the new EXP system makes it so people 20 levels or higher than you don't give EXP from their kills, so it'd be impossible for him to share exp unless he's sharing with the highest levels or so. Not really abusing imo.
