thanks guys! was kinda worried since I wanted the chair to be on my new character that was awaiting a previous characters deletion
You can do the attendance quest itself on one character and collect the reward on a different character, or u can do each day on a different character.
No you can only do it once per account, though you can do different days on different characters.
