Question about my Elemental Wand 4 and my Elemental Wand 8

So... I've been using an Elemental Wand 4 for a while now, and I just got an Elemental Wand 8, it wasn't a clean or a well scrolled one, but I just got one because I finally had the chance. I don't see much difference in the damage though. Which Wand [b]should[/b] make my overall damage [i]higher[/i]? My Elemental Wand 4 is 5INT, 1LUK, +32 HP, 100MATT, the potential is: Total Damage 4%, 2% Magic ATT, and 2% Magic ATT. My Elemental Wand 8 is 6INT, 4LUK, 156MATT, the potential is: 5% chance to apply Lv. 2 Seal when attacking, and Avoidability +24.
