If I go bossing I would pick bishop over phantom any day

I don't think phantom can heal, dispel, heaven door, HS, shell, blessing ensemble boost, hyper boost, AB, and all the other bishop skills fast enough

Also bishop in angel mode does a lot of damage

I do know for sure that the HS I cast lasts longer, but I also have other means of buff duration, so I don't know if Buff Mastery Has any effect...

From what I can tell buff mastery does apply to HS on party members. Or at least it did last month when I tested it out on my nib.

If u mean by stealing other classes skills, then it's a little closer but phantoms still cannot compete with us like that (simply because of the 1 skill per job adv above) and we also have some of the better support skills anyways.

Also, trying to cover a support role will cut down on a phantoms damage. A phantom cannot play both a supporter and an attacker effectively at the same time.

Their stolen skill no longer have a nerf (the buffs now last just as long).
Bishops' HS is better due to hyper skills, and natural high duration due to 4th job skills "Buff Mastery". Otherwise, Phantom's HS is just as good, and more useful ONLY when we talk about the glitch of 40+ levels difference.

HS hyperskills, plus the duration bonus makes HS of a bishop better.
Otherwise, Phantom for HSing people within a level range of over 40 levels. That is the only time when Phantom HS is better than a bishop.

not to mention we bishops also have MS -50% cooldown and Boss Rush hyper skill that adds 10% boss dmg. (not sure if that skill is broken or can't be seen on stats).

Phantoms can't get some of the Bishop's Hyper skills (example: Advance Bless- Ferocity), some of which are pretty useful, and Bishops can heal and dispel their party members while doing pretty decent damage using Avenging Angel.
