How many months for nexon to answer ticket?
Just curious on approximately how much time my xenon will spend being stuck in a map which it cant get out from now that ive sent a ticket. Thanks!
EDIT: Will the fact that it's an in-game error help the time? (It's a map that freezes maple every time without failure once you speak to the maple admin.)

It took them a nearly a month to say, "I will forward your ticket to the proper department for further action."
At least my ticket's still open
Luckily, it seems I was able to get my xenon out of the map. However, it sucks that I cant complete the new content due to this bullcrap either way, thanks anyone, but looks like i dont need a reply from tha ticket anymore
mine usually get answered 2 or 3 days after submitting it o.o

Same thing happened to me (minus the too godly part), I sent them a new ticket referencing the old one and they replied within a couple of days. I was compensated with maple pts. >_>
@TS your ticket will probably get ignored, or they'll give you a generic "we're working on it" answer

Mine only took a month because I kept bugging them to look at my ticket a lot. I guess I was lucky then.
Most of my tickets last around a year before they delete it. The only ticket they responded to took 4 months.
I still have a ticket unanswered for 1 year now and I had a ticket that was answered in 12 hours when I submitted it about my account being falsely banned (old ticket didn't get answered so I just wrote a new ticket a year later lolol)

From experience it seems it depends how lucky you are and how productive they feel. I've had tickets that took at least a couple months to get a reply, and others that took less than a week.
