20 a day is a nice ammount imo, things in the shop are pretty cheap..
I just go to evo once with that daily double drop that everyone gets and I get my Frozen R's pretty quickly
another way is to wait until next patch (december 18) and there will be more options to grab red coins since Zero will be out and there will be new events for him.
