There is really no point to be made.. The community as a whole isn't as funded as you may assume.. the majority of people play ms on the side and don't mass farm events. Those whom take advantage of events are pretty much on par with players that spend money to fund themselves (as they sacrifice opportunity cost of potentially working in real life to farm event stuff)

It's not that hard to get above a 500k range, it just takes a little time. I rejoined around a year ago in January with an 5k range, bought 30k nx once for the sengoku totems, a few psoks, and 2 store permits and so far, I have a 700k range. Taking advantage of events especially unique pots, event shops that have good scrolls like chaos scroll of goodness, 10 atts, innocence etc to scroll your owm items. is the best way to raise your range. Try to use old accounts for unique pots, if you have any.

You have to account for the many players that don't buy nx regularly/ don't upgrade with all new sets. There are a LOT more randoms out there with mediocre ranges as they don't play the game as often (maybe they play ms on the side) vs the amount of maple addicts that overly fund themselves (not one to judge as I have been one of those and as a maple addict myself, I will say that hitting a 2m 2m range doesn't require anywhere near "perfect" equips..)

This is very wrong.

I'm willing to bet Basilers in general are in the top 5 to 10% when in comes to funding. You go do pqs like R&J, or do MPE, Evo Lab, DIPQ, and even the average HoHer... their equips are not great and the community avg certainly isn't 100 - 500k
