This is why Nexons Live chat doesnt only suck
But the rudeness coming from the GM's is like Woah, i waited in a "Que" for over 1 hour , just to say
"Soz bro , cant do that for ya" -GM Mosasho .

Is this what they said you did wrong? "Item duping/item generation hacks, Meso/leveling exploits, fraud/chargeback, etc... and therefore was banned. As such, we will be unable to release your account."

I Was "Banned" for a serious violation that i didn't do cause my email got hacked through malware , so yeh
I have never tried it
And there's probably "a reason they can't do it for you."
