Kaiser at KMS is a pretty average class damage-wise due to the Wing Beat limitations. Sure that if you hit damage cap or near cap with Gigas Wave you will be one of the strongest(if not the strongest class). But you need retarded levels of funding to get near close to hit the cap compared to other classes, which is on which class balance should be done.

Outside the damage dealt cap range, Kaiser is just a mediocre job, which definitely deserves to be buffed.

Which you can only use while you are not transformed. If you arent under Kaiser's Majest at bosses with DR, dying because of Wing Beat is pretty easy which means that the skill cant really be spammed.

While you are transformed, your damage comes solely from Gigas Wave, skill which alone isnt that strong.

even with 500000bil 2h swords Kaiser is still easy to fund. you must know nothing about your class if you think your giga doing 2mil per line 10x+ cursebite dmg+wingbeat is weak.

Pretty much what @antyclea said, everyones always talking about how wing beat makes up a lot of dps but how do we use wingbeat and mobs like chaos Von Bon or pierre who tend the teleport all the time or mobs that move cause wing beat goes right throw them after a few hits. The amount of recasts needed makes it a hassle to even use.

Dang, Evans must really have issues if they've been buffed again so soon.

Finally Kaisers are getting a buffed. Like others, I feel like they are so hard to fund. I think I got about 150-200k range on my Kaiser, and I do less than 300k per line. While on my Shadower, which I have 100k range, I do 1-2 mill per boom step.

In any case it's weird that they decided to buff them so much, but if it's not our class, I guess it doesn't matter all that much anyway.
