I will be double checking when I finish editing my Unlimited stats, but the %/s did not change for the majority of classes. Points of discussion: Fire/Poison Archmage tops the list due to the way Mist Eruption's damage is calculated, with a multiplicative 1.35x more damage for each DoT active on a monster. I have not reconfirmed this is how the damage is calculated since pre-Tempest, however, and it may have changed. Kaiser is by far the strongest character in the game, capable of over 2b/s. How feasible it may be to cap on Wing Beat is questionable (one would need max range, 100% critical, SE, and over 600% Total/Boss Damage
