Hyper Skill Point Allocation
I am wondering at what levels you get points for hyper skills. I know you recieve some of the skills at 140 and then some others come later but I just want to know at what level you recieve a point in each category so that I can update my guide for the proper hyper schtako.

every 10 after 140, 1ap/sp at 150? 1ap/sp at 200 i think
