Gachapon has recently been giving out some good items. (Now it also hands out empress). If you want to risk some (ie:10k for 11 tickets) then go ahead.
Building on the sale of NX: as always mesos first regardless of vouches, level, looks etc.

I wouldnt like CSS now, because of the deflating nx items.
Id go for gach for meso making, or smexify a character, then sell it for NX, which you can sell at a 1:50rate.

So who would be a legit buyer? How could I trust someone?

If you're considering a 1:50 NX rate, and you manage to get something nice in the Suprise Style boxes worth 1bil in mesos that's roughly 20 dollars. Keep in mind that it'll be based on luck and getting something worth 1bil, let alone a combined amount of items worth 2.5bil (which would break even with 50k NX) is not as likely. The quickest way to make that 50k into mesos is to just sell it from the get-go. If you're feeling lucky though, go nuts.
