Tims Secret Lab and Potential Scrolls
So I read the description for Tim's Secret Lab and it provides potential [b][/b]Without deducting an upgrade slot[b][/b].
Does this mean that regular Potential Scrolls take an upgrade slot now?

regular potential scroll does not take up an upgrade slot... they just have a 30% and 10% chance of failure and destroy your equipment, lol
No.. It means there's no slot penalty for using Tim's lab either.
