I conducted a survey

I conducted a survey without the people knowing, to see how the majority would react when I went into a jesters channel and ksed them.
The first response was immediate trash about how I'm a no life, weak, nub, etc. NOTE: HE NEVER ONCE ASKED ME TO LEAVE. About a minute later, he called a lv200 shadower to ks me out. The shadower, to my shock, asked nicely for me to leave and I did.

The next channel contained only one person who was barely able to even hit the jesters. And before I could even cast a buff, I was hit with the typical mapler response "ccplz". I decided to mess with him, and he asked me to leech him, fame him and even give mesos right after he had been ksed. I was just dumbfounded at what he asked for AFTER I ksed him.

After similar results from the first channel, minus the lv200 shadower, I got bored from the lethargic responses just being echoed throught the channels.
And I did find that the majority of maplers live up to the stereotype that they are given.

IN SHORT, most maplers are rude.

Your telling me that I should not ks for any reason, when you previously stated that you would ks me all day if you were in my server.
You are being hypocritical, and I'm just saying the truth.

When someone comes in my map, i don't say anything for the start.
I leave the person find himself that I'm already training there, if the person doesn't seem to leave, i just ask nicely to leave.
But some $#@%@%@ just don't leave, so depending on what/where i'm doing, i just leave.
I'm not a rude person, and I don't have patience on fighting a ret.. that doesn't know how to play.
XD
you needed to do a survey to come to that conclusion?
I agree ^ it's pretty obvious the "common" mapler is trash.

well what defines a KS. people call me a kser just because i kill monsters in the same map they are in. the point of the game is to kill monsters. is people want to hog a whole map to themselves by calling out their lvl 200s there would be no point of the game because all the dbags will hog entire maps to themselves, thus preventing people from killing monsters, which is the point of this game.

@SpriterAlex: if they KS, I KS. Simple as that. By KSing, they mean "i n33d h0l3 ch or n0 ch br@h".

@JoJoINC
if they KS while saying "you hablas ensanol?" "wat cc meen" or "i dun speek ingles", then its not an insult. It's the truth.
@abi232: But it was extreme.
It wasn't extreme at all. I could use something bigger as an analogy and as long as it conveys the right message then it doesnt matter.
The context of it still applies.
Of course they wouldn't handle it well. They're trying to train, and you, being well above level 100, decide to KS them for no reason. Bad survey is bad.
I was in each channel for less than 5 minutes. Surely that is not too long?

Usually when i'm looking for a channel, i cc when people ask.
But what annoys me most, is when i change into the channel, and i haven't done anything yet, and they start yelling at me to get out O_o

Me: so you're just an illegal mexican immigrant that can't speak english?
I don't see the point of being racist against the kser.
It's just like when the kser says something back to you saying you are fat irl and have no friends.
It just shows how much you can't handle and your immaturity.
All you gotta do is ask them too cc at least 3 times, after that you stay quiet, get on a strong char and ks back without saying anything.

If they walk in a go "me mexican idk inglish me ks u" why in the holy name of s**t would i want to share something I have with him?
You should at least try to be nice and make compromises with ksers, even if it's simply a "Mexican" who "doesn't understand English." If it doesn't work then defend your channel, report him, do whatever you think is necessary.
You should never insult someone; it's rude. It doesn't matter whether or not they're kill-stealing. What you should do when someone's ks'ing you is kindly ask them to change channels or make some sort of compromise, try training together for example.
I know it's hard to think a kill-stealer would ever listen to you but it's still worth a shot. Sometimes they just need someone to do it nice enough for them to actually listen. Even if they refuse to at least you know that you tried to be nice; you know that you tried to reach a compromise and he wouldn't listen; you know you're completely in the right, can report him (even though it probably won't do anything), and go train elsewhere.
Honestly I believe if someone is being mean on MapleStory, say ksing or something, there's probably something wrong going on in their life and you should feel sorry for them. Because I can't comprehend why else someone would be so rude.
If it was me, I either would have asked you to party me or just offered to share the map. It's too popular a training area to expect to have the map to yourself for long.
It works okay for training with 3-4 people sharing the map.

Yeah really. Go to a random person and punch them. I bet they wouldn't say "Can you please stop? Pretty please?"
