How can I increase my range?

Just wondering if I could get some ideas/tips on how to improve my range right now?
Im going to get the empress equips (not sure about the shoulder though).
Codex: +6 all & Silent Crusade set
Hat: Raven Persona ( +10 all All stats +2%)
Badge: Bounty Hunter (+5 all)
Medal: Gauntlet is Beaten (+8all +8w/m.atk)
Face: Blood Mask (+3all +3w/m.atk)
Eye: Super Summer Goggles (+4luk +1w/m.atk)
Top and Bottom: Red pirate top (clean) and bottom (3%luk) [soon empress overall]
Cape: Ludi cape [emp]
Gloves: None [emp]
Shoes: Red pirate (+10 luk pot) [emp]
Belt, Pendant, Shoulder and Ring: 6% luk Tempest clean
Rings: ABR, Explorer's Crit ring, Lucky ring S (+13 Luk +11 w.atk)
Earing: Half (+6luk +3%luk)
Sec Weapon: Death sender charm (3w.atk one, terrible pot)
Claw: Timeless (74 Atk 22luk 13dex, pot: +6 luk +6atk chance to seal)
Unbuffed Range: 15.8k-18.6k Buffed: 19.1k-22.6k

You'll have to see where you're at in terms of funding and what your range is once you have the set so you have a benchmark to work off of. Then if possible, cube the pieces or buy the pieces with 3% LUK to give you an extra boost. Generally, you won't find 3%LUK pieces floating around in FM, you'd get 6%s, 12%s, 21%+ ones, but you might see them floating around during the anniversary
Yeh the empress set is pretty cheap already but I was planning on opening some anniversary boxes or just buying them
at the end when they're even cheaper. So lets say i have the set and my claw sorted (I'm gonna scroll it), what else should
I sort out?

In Scania, that's already the pricing for a while now
@iProxD In the next few days, the price of empress will most likely drop to costing maybe 50mil(just an estimate) for the full set. I highly recommend to take advantage of this.
I'd got for a 6 piece Empress set ASAP and work off of that, that way you'll have a starting benchmark. It'll run you about 800m or so depending on how the prices of Empress claws are in you server. That'd probably bring you up to about a 25-30k clean range.
