How to transfer Perm nx items from Premium Surprise boxs?

HI so eventually a tittle

i bought a premium surprise boxes and have like 22 items atm

so im planning to open permit and sell some, but i have some items that i want to transfer to the xenon after it comes out.

I have 2 lap top and my friend(rl) have 1 account too.

can i make him hold and give it back to my xenon or no?
