Why not? I got in my lumi link skill mule legendary tier real quickly.. like at lvl70 is just random luck. While my main stuck at unique because everytime i try to go for legendary it drops to epic-rare.

@AshleyAttacked: I figured as much to begin with. I just wanted to confirm my assumption. Nobody could give a straight answer. So i needed proof. I had used numerous NX circulators and well over 3million honour. Just wanted to see if I would be wasting time going for it on those lines.

@Matrix246: Correct. The only way to have gotten attack speed on the 2nd or 3rd line was when the system allowed for Legendary Potential to be achieved on any of the three lines. Now you can't, and therefore impossible if you haven't gotten it already.

People have doctored images to give themselves fake stats for years. Its just logical to try to keep that in mind when you see something that, for all practical purposes, shouldn't exist.

I mean...look at the lengths you're having to go to just determine if this is even possible or not.

Someone on basil last week or so posted an SS of the second line with +1 attack speed. You probably have to look through the past posts for proof

That was before the current IA system was implemented.

If you don't have a Legendary line on the 2nd or 3rd slot you won't be getting one if you try now.
