I wouldn't text right after the date. You say at the end of the date that you had a good time (if you did), say good night or good bye, and leave it open for another time if you want with just a simple, "this was fun, we should do it again sometime" sort of thing. Then if she says yes, say you'll call/text her sometime soon with the deets.

That's all you need to do. She just went on a date with you. If it went well, she's thinking about you without you texting her and saying things you already said in person.
