Absolutely not. Tons of people have made this mistake and Nexon refused to refund their poor decision.

It will be a 10% chance. Star force stars and AEE/EE stars are one of the same.
Another fun fact. 'x' Star enhancement scrolls do not increase star count by 'x'.
They bring the star count to 'x'. And I believe they have no affect on stars that are above 'x'.
It says on the scroll the % chance of working under what star, check what star you're on. At 10 for a normal AEE I believe it's 10% chance of passing.
