Need Help please
Hi guys. For some reason I always stress out when i have a math test in school. This never happened in the other grades but now once the teacher gives the test out, i turn all red and get tense. I always study and make sure im prepared. Can someone please tell me how to relieve this?

Yeah i do know a a great deal of what im learning now but for the other subjects it doesnt happen.

If you get nervous, you probably aren't 100% confident in your skills. In that case, to ace math requires practice. Practice makes perfect. Just do some problems until you feel you have fully understand the materials. You shouldn't over study, give yourself a break and relax for your brain to absorb the materials in and you should be fine.
