Stuck in a Cutscene

I was walking around the maps outside NLC and I went into the map before the Alien Corridor maps begin. For some reason it triggered a cutscene from the alien quest line. My character walked all the way to the right side of the map, but nothing else is happening. I can't do anything (move, type, open inventory etc. because I'm still in the cutscene) and the cutscene starts over again when I relog.
Is anyone familiar with this issue or have any tips?
