Stuck at 2/3 patch files?
I've been searching the other threads to see if i could potentially fix the problem by looking at the answers from there and move on, but i Haven't had any success.
The issue is that when it patches, during the 2/3 process, it has to receive the updated files. It will stop receiving the files at random points and won't move.
The first thing i did was to restart the CPU to see if that worked: No deal
Second thing i did: Ran a disk defrag and a disk clean: still nothing
Third thing: Opened up from the gamelauncher itself: Same problem
Opening from the website: same problem
So i said forget it, and re-installed maplestory and everything. Gave it a try: no luck
finally, the last thing i figured i could do was do a manual patch. I go to download the patch itself and it stops randomly there too.
So now i'm sitting here, trying to think of other possible ways to fix this and your all sitting there, getting angry for a thread like this to show up the 400th time. But i didn't see anybody else having a issue at the file patching.
Are there any other steps i could try? im sitting at the CPU screen wit the patcher at 177.MB of files updated. It's SO close to moving on. but it stopped right there.

Just ignore those people being extremely rude, they probably have issues of their own and are taking it out on this site. I would think its like what someone else above said, you may not have enough memory. Or you could watch for 1-2 days and then patch it. My patcher is stuck, too.

Well I'm sorry, but my patience starts to run a little dry when i lose power in my own house for a few days due to the blizzards in kansas, unable to go to any other location because they have closed down shop. TV isn't working, phone is useless, and i'm sitting in a house that has been 35 degrees since last friday. I would like to come home and actually do something fun and non-productive with my miserable life for a little while before i have to go back and face the blistering winds outside. Yeah i think I'm going a little bonkers. And then there's this patching issue, that i have refrained from making a thread about until now. If we,re such crybabys, why are you even on here? Least you could have done was said something funny or ridiculous.
