WORKOUT backsquat HELP No matter where I place the bar on my back, it always feels uncomfortable wherever it rests. Is there something I'm missing? If the bar sits above my traps,(which it should) it still pinches against my spine. To compensate for this, I pinch my shoulder blades together. (It feels more comfortable, but uses lots of unnecessary energy.) Too low, and it just feels unstable. The only time I get into a comfortable situation is when my midline is held less than 45 degrees. (where my chest faces past the kness) Is there a way to fix this? Or do you usually get used to the pinching pain on your spine?
