I can't seem to find a straight answer, so
Does the old Lilin's Ring stack with the new Crit Ring? I've searched everywhere, and I cannot find a straight answer anywhere. I don't feel like leveling a character 80 times just to find out that I can't stack them (it's for my Aran).

Well... I'd rather have the crit ring than the Lilin's ring, so I suggest trying it for yourself. You can test it on your level 80 char. when you get there since the Lilin's Ring is transferrable unlimited times
Edit: Um... I can probably test this for you, since I have the old Lilin (2) ring and the old Critical Ring (which is the same as the new one, I believe)...

So, I can't use my old Lilin's ring from when Aran's were first released with the new Crit ring? Bummer.
new rings cant stack with each other
for instance a ring u get from adventuers DO NOT stack with lilins ring
also u cannot stack lilins ring with the new one

All the new obtainable items stack with each other no two same items can stack. For example, Lilins OLD Ring cannot stack with Lilins new ring. Hope this cleared it up for you (:
rings don't stack with each other except crit + old crit i believe.
