Ultimate circulator question
Hey guys, this question may prove irrelevant due to the rarity of this item, but for the people that used 1 before...
Does the ultimate circulator only reset the bottom line to an S rank or does it reset all the lines?

What is the difference tho? What does the special one do?
im not sure, but i think i've seen jean pierre sell one of these. are they the same?
How about the special circulator then? Description sais something about it being the best etc...
it resets all lines and pretty much gives you random stats. you could get 3 [c] lines or 3 [s] lines. or any combination of things in between. theres like a 1/3 chance of getting s rank on each line when you use an ultimate

It's weird but i've gotten 2 of them in perhaps 1 hour of Azwaning. Not used them yet, I want to get another line first. But, ehh, bump!
