How do you define teamwork?

im applying for this position and this was one of the questions and i dont want a dictionary definition

i don't think the work shared is necessarily equal. some team members might be assigned a smaller role than others, but that doesn't mean the task they are doing is less important.

When a group of people have a common goal and less than half of them actually help, and usually one does 50% of the work.
