Just looks like plug and chug with Coulomb's Law. The first one you're going to have to multiply the forces from the two closest charges by cosine of pi/4 radians since the net force is in the diagonal direction...while for the second one the net force is in the negative direction and you just add the two forces accordingly.

For the second one, you find the Fe at the third particle and its nature to the particle beside them individually, then you just add 'em.
