level 50 10k nx

I forgot the date that the 10k nx would be released for the previous event. Anyone have any information on this?

@Medfat I don't think initially being reported should be an issue. I can't really tell what qualifies as being 'in good standing', but I think as long as you haven't been found guilty of violating the Terms of Use, you should be fine to receive the reward?[/quote]

The only thing that was mentioned on the landing page was that it had to be a new account. Also that response seems extremely shady, are you sure it wasn't faked in any way? I don't see how they could tell if you were an existing player or not anyways.

It was specifically stated that it had to be a new account, not a new player.

I believe it has been explained that the event does not necessarily apply to new accounts, but actual new players. They probably have ways to verifiy whether or not the account owner is eligible to receiving the promotional NX reward, like investigating if the account owner has multiple (older) accounts. And ofcourse, make sure the participant hasn't engaged themselves in malicious in-game activity, such as illicit NX/meso trades, hacking, botting or any other actions that violate the game Terms of Use.
