The last four skills I have yet to max are: Song of Heaven, Triffling Wind, Emerald Dust, and Call of Cygnus. What should I focus on next?

The only time I use emerald dust is luring in dimension pq. I was thinking call of cygnus for some extra damage. Since spiral vortex is my main attack, triffling wind doesn't really do much for me.
