Azwan Inner Ability Question
When you're using a Circulator and it raises the rank (ex: Rank C --> Rank B), is it supposed to stay at B or can it go back to rank C when you use another Circulator? Does it work the same as potential, where once it reaches a higher rank, it stays at that rank until you use another Circulator?
I ask this because whenever I manage to raise my Inner Ability rank to B, I use another Circulator and it brings it back down to rank C. I'm not sure if that's how this works or if it's a glitch. I've done Azwan before but I never really bothered about using my Circulators 'till now.

Here's something nice to know as well. The locks you can buy in the CS only lock the tier not the line so when you reroll it will stay A rank but can go to something like an INT line. Overall I think the best to do is get to honor 70 eventually and spam circs until you get a couple lines that are good great or crazy.

It can go back to the lower rank. So if you have a A rank ability and use a circulator again, it can go all the way down to C
