1h vs 2h swords for Dw
So I got my dawn warrior to 144, and now I'm looking at upgrading equips to get some decent damage but I'm unsure as to which is better to have 1h+shield, 1h+secondary, or 2h+secondary. Please post which combination you think is better and why it's better than the other two.

Just decide wich of the swords you like the most the speed on a dawn warrior doesn't rele change just the multipliers but you can get a att shield and you'll be just fine.
you wanna carry a big badass sword or a badass heavy shield and a cool sword?
As long as your 2H sword is Normal (6) speed, you'll speed cap with Soul Speed and Equinox Cycle or Rising Sun. With Master of the Sword, Rising Sun's attack speed increase goes from 1 to 2. So I'd recommend going 2H + Secondary Weapon.
1-handed if you can find a good shield, 2-handed if you can't.
That, or whichever weapon you can get your hands on.
these days 1h + shield and 2H + secondary are pretty much the same thing..
I'd say 2h if you want a TRULY endgame weapon, and if you plan on getting azwan +1speed inner and decent SI..
if not, pick whatever you want..
2H and Secondary I`d say.
