Greetings young mapler I shall give you my word of advice ;D

Reasons you should be a dark knight
1) Flashy skills and attack skills looks very appealing and cool ;D
2) They mob faster, level up faster, and its alot more fun training than paladins.
3) They can hit high damage faster than Paladins. Cross surge boosts your attack range x 2.
4) Dark knights are faster in Dojo than Paladins.
5) Your 1v1 bossing skill is really interesting! Using Gungnir Descent skill:
- You summon beholder
- You sacrifice Beholder, by using Sacrifice
- You can continuously spam Gungnir on bosses hit 8 lines, and with much more damage than ever before for 40 seconds!

Advantage:
-This is an interesting buff skill combo! and its really fun doing it! The sound effects are just epic and the attack appearance. It also has range on bosses.

6) THE BEST SKILL FOR BOSSING: Final Pact
- When your hp reaches 0, you resurrect yourself
-You can continuously Spam Gungnir for 25 seconds without the need to sacrifice beholder, its automatic
-You are invincible for 25 seconds, nothing can touch you besides pierre's hats falling down.
-Your damage increases alot, speed, critical rate, etc. Compare to just using gungnir descent regularly
- Cooldown is 360 seconds, but close to 4-5mins using hyper skill, Final pact cooldown -20%
Advantage:
-Dark knights resurrect themselves, paladins can only revive other party members. Good for solo class
- You can wait for cooldown right after getting killed from a boss so you can spam being invincible against bosses. Its the key to victory
against Hard Magnus, Hard gollux, and maybe Chaos Root abyss if you have enough time.

You pretty much got your answer, you aren't going to put in the time and funding for a class
you just aren't feeling. Might as well have a go with Drk and see how it feels~

Yes it's worth it, since I'm lazy to recharge buffs (Blast and 5 Elements) to maximize damage for Paladins but they're better for survivability and for end game bosses most of the time.
I like Dark Knight more just because their play style and it's my first character o.o

I'm not very funded, actually I'm dirt poor, but I think I'm just gonna say f*k it and build up as I go along. Gotta start from somewhere <3

Well Drks are even more freakishly unkillable now, they have a drain skill every time they attack. As well as the final pact which resurrects you and makes your gunginir spear have no cooldown keep in mine you need to land about 20 hits withing a certain time or else you die for real losing your exp.

I also thought DrK sounded like a good option. Hopefully I get some detailed insight from a DrK or Pally.

I thought i'd like my pally in red but it turned out the complete opposite for me. In fact i started putting more fundings into my drk

i enjoyed my DrK, actually thinking of playing it again.
