Summed up from the extraction notes found on southperry:
- Special rank scrolls are 80% and only give 8atk, they seem to be the highest rank since they give the most attack.
- We know these scrolls are only obtained through the Golden Goose Egg event (actual patch notes), if you get a Grade AA egg. But these eggs give a whole list of items too, so we'll have to see how hard it is to get these eggs and what's the chance of getting these scrolls.
- There are 9th anniversary scrolls in the extraction notes that give 5atk only.
- RED Scroll for 9 ATT Weapon for ATT/Magic ATT 90% Coupon was added to the data in this patch.

Yea, there has been speculation about that, They showed it as they "fixed" the bug that gave out the 90% 9 attk scrolls (instead of allowing people to get them)...But we can always hope they give this to us...If not, all these people will be out of "good" weapons...

40% 10th Anniversary Prime One-Handed/Two-Handed Weapon Scroll (+10 attack and magic attack, +3 all stats, 30% chance of breaking if failed) (50 coins)

*Throw a lucky scroll on there and Dillegence is like an extra 10% - so 60% success (maybe?, but gaurenteed 50% if you use lucky day) you can always protection scroll (they sell it in the shop as well (max is 15 per account, but nexon might drop it to 5 per).
