4 atk pac or dex cape?

So recently I got back to maple and I am level 31 and I have a dexless brawler. I am planning on capping dex at 40-50 and I have a 4 atk pac, so should I keep the
pac or go get a new dex cape? Thanks, also I have no equips, so please list some items I can get within the range of about 200 mill. Thank you guys.
