Digital coloring tips//pose help again
I don't have a tablet, and I'm pretty darn horrible at colorin digitally. Anybody out there got tips?
I can cell shade fine with a laptop touch pad. I'm trying to learn realistic painting.
What I want to paint: http://fav.me/d5rfnno
I need pose help again. Bro told me his abs weren't right and that his right arm looks funky.
You're trying to fingerpaint a realistic drawing.
Get a tablet and you get better at drawing IRL and digitally, save 200% more time, and the rate in which you get better will be higher.
no money, dawg. Savin up fer one, but medical bills and college = $$
Had 2 tablets before, didn't really help me draw better... color better digitally, yes. draw better, not really.

try avoiding working on a white background... when you use a color ( like a shade of a skin tone ) as your background, it helps with mixing colors.
Use various colors when painting the hair and skin tone, it gives the painting life
about your drawing, i think the ear is a little too high up. as for the pose, did you use a reference or did you make the pose up? looking at a male body (even if it's not the same pose) can help you with that.
I make the majority of the poses up. Thanks, I'll fix the ear
