I very much like how you have drawn legs and arms proportional, but the head; the front of it seems flat and the back seems a bit big. Other than that, cute as.

@darkies : I had cosplayed cirno at some point before though I didn't get deep into the Touhou fandom. Thank you :-)
I'm not sure if it's me, but I see Cirno with melted wings (+1 if you get the reference)
