@maplekamui got it all wrong. the commerci thing lets you transfer the scrolled stats of the empressbow onto a SW bow. you need both bows to do that, and your empress has to be scrolled already.

You probably shouldnt buy anything scrolled with +5 scrolls because theyre becoming outdated, just buy a clean one and throw some red scrolls on it. If you somehow get all of them to work then thats an easy 208 attack

I believe that bows aren't expensive as much. However I would personally go for a clean empress bow, then anvil it at commerci to sw and sell it to get a good emp bow
