I have a couple of these, how much could I reasonably charge for this service in Windia?

If its 60%, then you could probably sell it for 100m
Reason: In the red shop you can buy a 60% inno for 100 coins, and assuming 1coin:1m, it would be able 100m

If its 50%, then I would try like 60-80m
Reason: Its 10% less than the 60%

If its 100%, then I would try to get like 250m
