I've seen LOLNOOB around here before. I rolled down the window and shouted "I like your license plate" and it was some old guy driving. He said "This is my sons car, I have no idea what it means, but EVERYONE tells me that".
I've also seen 7773777 and the same license plate numbers as mine except they were one digit off. It was weird.
