Droprate Questions
I cant find any threads about this so here goes:
What Equips can get Drop Rate as a potential?
Can Bonus Potential get Drop rate as well?
Whats the Max droprate multipliers if you did this all Legit?
I believe that is all I have right now.

oh alrighty thanks guys!
To elaborate even further on what's already been said, you should note that the tier of the item effects the drop rate percentage:
0-30 = 10%
31-70 = 15%
71+ = 20%
For Bonus Potential, level 71+ items (I don't know if it's different for level 70 or lower) can only get 5% drop rate at Legendary, so it's not really worth cubing for.
Basically what copyrighted said. Pendants can also get drop rate% on their legendary bonus line (I got 5% drop rate on the first line on my superior gollux pendant).
I believe only accessories can get a drop rate pot. In fact the only one I think Ive seen it on would be pendants and inner ability? not sure tho. Also keep in mind that it is additive % not a multiplier, therfor I doubt there is a cap on % drop rate.
