They dont usually get them for the design. the rat mouth and the waterworks are only exceptional for their rarity which is why attention seeker want them. Those kind of people are usually annoying so it makes sense.

JK OT : Usually around 400~500 for cape
and 200~350 for mouth! I saw one sold for 500 .. maybe the guy got lucky? =] GOODLUCK

I had a rat mouth at one point in time.....no clue what mule is holding it at this point in time but its really not worth it
