New Medal suggestion Quest Expert Medal
Once you complete 800 quests you get the quest specialist medal. The stats are decent: STR +3, DEX +3, INT +3, LUK +3, Avoidability +10, Jump +10. I recently got this medal and noticed that I had many more quests to do. I starting doing some of the low level quests and noticed that I was getting very little exp. So, it's pretty pointless to do these at this point. However, if they introduce a new medal say, the Quest Expert medal, then more people would try to do all the quest. So I was thinking the following:
Quest Expert medal: Rewarded at 1250 quests completed
STR +5, DEX +5, INT +5, LUK +5, Avoidability +10, Jump +10, Speed +5, HP +100, MP +100
Quest Master medal: Rewarded at 1750 quests completed
STR +7, DEX +7, INT +7, LUK +7, Avoidability +15, Jump +10, Speed +10, HP +200, MP +200
The argument for the extra HP and MP is because at this point you really have to explore everywhere and those exploration medals give you some HP and MP.

It counts the sub-quests also. In the quest completed section you see the listing of the quest titles, but it doesn't list all the sub-quests.

Ok, so maybe I made them a little weak, but I was trying to scale the stats in relation to the quest specialist medal. Adding Matk/Watk would be nice but what is the "story" argument to add these stats. I acknowledge that it takes a great deal of time to do 100's of quests, but not a great deal of strength. I could see adding more HP and MP, but I won't want to go over +7 on the base stats since then the medal would be competing with the maple 7th anniversary medal, and I don't think Nexon would ever give us that.

my bishop has 3 medals
1-500hp/mp
2-+8all stats
3- +5all stats/+2watk/matk+150hp/mp+2pvpattack
they took me no effort, so if i'm going to do 1xxx quests, it'd expect the medal to be +12 all stats +5matk/watk +500hp/mp

You would need to make the rewareds better and also make questing a viable way to lvl
sounds like a good idea. i stopped doing quests after i hit 800 cus theres no new medal to get. if those medals came out, id have a lot more to do
