How do you get final cut and chains of hell?
I hured you can buy it and it comes from drops... But i also hear there is a quest for them... Someone clarify for me how do i get the mastery books
P.S: 1st time i got to 120 in my life so im new too 4th job stuff

For me, Final Cut and CoH are pretty common drops. It might take 2-3 Zakums to find them.
