I don't think you even know what move Phantom blow is. Phantom blow hits 6x....meaning it hits 12 with sp. How is 10 more than 12

with phantom blows hyper adding an extra lines thats 14 lines.

Phantom Blow at faster (2) = 540 ms
Quadruple Throw at faster (2) = 600 ms
PB is faster.
Pb hits faster has more line as well but has lower scaling than qt by about 1/3rd
I'm pretty sure it's Phantom blow, also has more hits/sec.
Quad im basing it off the amount of lines and dps
Phantom but I'm basing this off of nothing.
