You should honestly just rework the entire ear, because even if you've faded it away, its structure makes no sense when looking at an actual ear. There's no way dark areas appear on the ear like that if the rest of the face and neck have completely different light on them. Ears aren't thick and contain no bones, so light shines straight through them. It would get more of an orange tint where the ear is at its thinnest, a little like how you've shaded the nostrils. Have you actually looked at an ear?
What has happened instead is that the ear is flat and boring and in no way believeable. And since you've seemingly just lowered the opacity of the ear, you can now even see all the hair behind it. They're not THAT thin.
Criticism aside, this is one of the best drawings I've seen on this site in a while, and that's why I want you to get the most out of it.

necks...kinda hard...uhh i think the dudes neck just doesnt show much bone/muscle structure (is all smooth and funnel like) so it looks strange compared with the nice realistic face, so practice by looking at real life pics n anatomy tutorials and such i spose? its not that important since my eyes go right to his face but yeah.

Overall great, but you should have put more work into the ear. It looks like a mauled champignon like it is now. It's dragging the entire artwork down.
