Where to get skill mastery books?
Hi guys. I've never made a dual blade before and so I don't know much about them o.o can anyone tell me where I'm supposed to get the skill mastery books from? I currently need the one for slash storm. Is there an NPC to buy it from? Or do I need NX? </3

It's the old entrance to the shop that sells self-defense weapons or whatever it's called.
I cant even use the books for some reason

Someone else recently made a post about this, by the way.
You get it from a merchant in the hideout, I think at the bottom floor.
