Sadly, I think that's just to get your one and only free first ticket. Iirc, in the past, we had to go up to the machine to use our tickets

@crowhogan33 Or theyll put an NPC at Temple of Time like RED shop (which is unlikely since it is not a shop..)

Yeah, I dunno how it'll work. It'd be nice if it's like the Valentine's shop (and we can do it via the quest thing), since the event hall lags. We'll just have to wait and see I suppose.

@MinuteMade: you can get the coupons but the spin isnt out until the 26th
