Thats the thing though they were using hacks at all, just playing like normal.

And I tried going through the game launcher and it said banned for misconduct until march 16. So a whole week from now....this is not fair! I want my NX back!

If you DC everytime after selecting a world/channel from site launcher, most likely banned. It will only show the blue text box about your ban if you use game launcher.
